Great speed on games, very responsive

Bought this about a month ago. Absolutely love this phone. Has great speed on games, display very responsive and it is just a pleasure to use. Very happy with my Moto Z3 play. One downside is cases, finally found an otterbox for it. Now it is protected. Wish they made cases that would at least accomodate the battery mod. But maybe they will soon. But this is the phone you want.

I got this phone awhile back and didn’t use it until my Moto g3 ran out of memory. Customer service was great helping me activate my new Moto z play and transferring my data to the new phone. I am totally pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's a strike

Been a fan of Motorola for many years now started with the razor vg3xx exelent phone for the time, moved on to a budget freindly Moto e and I have to say probably the best phone I've ever owned, durable, dependable and second to none for obtaining and holding a signal.That brings us to the Moto Z3 play, definitely an upgrade on a couple of features but the truth is wouldn't recommend it, poor reception and will drop a call like it was hot, after two or three calls you can finish the conversation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good phone and battery bad cell reception

I traded up from a z2 force to a z3 play and my main disappointment is that I now miss calls and drop calls in my house. This use to not be the case. Everything else improved as a smartphone but its capabilities as an actual phone went backward.

I finally decided to upgrade from my moto z2 force. This is a worthy upgrade. Stays true to the Z line in style and function. moto actions and nearly stock android round things out. A solid moto z.
