It took me a little while to figure out how to connect it to the Bluetooth & the WW app..I finally did it!! At first it was showing a 4lb difference( lower) than the scale at WW..Not sure how I finally got it to calibrate correctly but it now works fine

I bought this scale to help me on my weight loss journey. I didn’t care too much about the “bells and whistles” - body fat analysis, BMI, etc. It turns out, it’s a good thing I didn’t!! None of them - NONE - work. The weight itself works fine - which is the only reason I did not return this piece of junk. Spend your money on a GOOD scale.

What a waste of my money and my time and my mind. Thoughtless customer support as well they thought I was giving them a compliment and couldn’t not read the truth about their own crappy stuff . Will never ever purchase another product from them.
