It synced wonderfully twice when I first got it. Now, nothing. It works but doesn’t sync with my smart phone. Support is ignoring my emails. So, maybe choose another smart scale.

Nice Features but Bluetooth doesn't work

The whole point of buying this model, was the fact that it was bluetooth enabled. However, when the Bluetooth is inoperable, it's no better than a manual scale. Quite disappointed.

I received a free Conair smart scale when I signed up for Weight Watchers. There is no way to review it on WW so here I am. zThee are two significsnt issues with the scale. The first is that the display is impossible to read. The combination of backlighting a font darkness was not thought out well. And the second which relates to the first is there is no audible confirmation of the weight being captured. You cant see the display so you do not know if it was captured. It was free but for me, it is unusable.

I bought this 8 months ago and I do love all that it tracks, however; sometimes it does not connect to my phone and takes a couple tries. I would recommend this scale for the price and all the features.,
