This is my first LG phone and I am really disappointed. It is very slow. I looked up this issue online and tried the suggested fix but it has not worked. As it stands now, this will be my last LG phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised to learn that the LGV40 ThinQ device had been discontinued. I bought this model when it was first introduced and continue to use it despite its "advanced age." It performed well and in occasionally adverse environments without any glitches or disruptions. The only issue that I encountered was a delaminating of the faceplate when I tried to charge it on a subpar cordless device. The delamination was easily fixed using high temperature fireplace epoxy and soft grip clamps. After 12 hours the epoxy had set and the device has continued to perform flawlessly.
