I have akways gotten Samsung phones and thought I would give LG a try. It's ok but I'm not "wowed". Within the first few days the screen locked up. Luckily it hasn't happened again but it didn't get us off to a good start. I'm also not impressed with the camera... at all!! The pictures are grainy and actually some of the worse I've taken. Extremely disappointing since that was a big part of the sales pitch. Overall the phones alright but I think given the opportunity (in 2 years) I will got back to what has always worked best, not this. Sorry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this phone in October and so far I love everything about it. I previously had a samsung s9 and I think that this lg v40 is a far better phone than Samsung. Imnot having the lag issues I was having before system updates are more often on this phone which keeps fixing any kinks that I have found so far.
