The only good thing to say about this phone it its lack of bloatware over the google android software. (Unlike Samsung and its awful bloatware)
The speaker is poor. The camera is less than poor. and the battery life is poor at best.
There is a reason why they have a longer warranty than most. It is needed. This phone is grossly overpriced for its quality (or lack thereof) and features.

Had it just a few weeks. One thing I didn't like was I had to get a whole new reset on everything because the home screen locked up and there was a password that I didn't set but still trying to learn about the phone

The touch screen doesn't seem to register when I tap it, I often have to tap it several times before it responds.
Also the charger that came with the phone is not working, so I'm going to have to buy another one.

LG makes great phones. This is my third phone from LG and the quality of their phones is phenomenal. Very rarely have I ever had a problem with their products. This phone, the LG V40 thinq even has a 2 year warranty.
I am loving the camera ... so many features.
Wireless charging ... the best!
Sound boost for speaker phone ... nice.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this phone!
