I got this about a month ago. Easy to use!! It guides me through everything, along with suggesting what I can do to not run the battery so long, and I love this because, I don't pay attention to what app could still be running, draining my battery! It will also suggest easier ways for me to do things with it, which is nice because again, I never would never have thought about these ways! I'm more phone savvy now because my phone does all the work to inform me! It's wonderful! I don't have to try and figure it out!

Just got the phone. Have had LG in the past, and didn't get one this time. After 3 months and two replacements I traded the other phone in on this one. Should have gotten a LG to begin with.

I've been a long-time (10 years) loyal iPhone user, but recently decided to give Android a chance.. and I'm glad I did so in a form of LG V40 ThinQ. This phone has surpassed my expectations in areas of screen quality, app interfacing, and battery life. I am very pleased with how easy it is to navigate and almost intuitive to set up. There are so many ways to customize this device and make it your own. And the fact that LG offers 2nd year complimentary warranty on this device is just superb. I look forward to using this device for a few years to come!
