[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never owned an LG before. But, I am so glad I decided to make the switch. Software is very easy to use and the phone has so many features. I love how you can customize the phone to exactly how you want it. The camera features are also phenomenal. The three zoom in and out features make for a perfect photo every time. The only issue I had was when recieving and making calls the phone would hang up, but I've had this same issue with the pixel and Samsung. The retailer I purchased the phone from exchanged it out for me no problem.

I had a samsung s8 + and was looking at an s9+ upgtrade, but the LG V40 ThinQ has it all plus came with acessory extras and a 2yr warranty.
