[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had very bad luck with LG products in general (phone, tv, washer, dryer, refrigerator!) in the past. So far I am pleased with this phone. I don't like that I am unable to delete "sent" messages tho. But going forward I am cautiously optimistic that this phone will change my past experiences.

The ONLY complaint I have about the v40 thin Q is that there are no LED lights on the outside, like when you get a message or the phone is charging on other modles they have a small light. as this isnt a big deal, just easier to see if there is a blinking light for a message or something. I have not had a LG phone in many years, I am very satisfied with the phone, and ease of use. I like it much better then my old other brand phones I've had in the past. One other, I've had the phone a week and a half and the screen is glitching like it is going to go out and the sound turns itself off randomly, I have insurance and will be getting this fixed. But for only having the phone that long this shouldn't be an issue already. Will I continue to by LG products, most definitely.
