Still Keeping him busy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son received this dig kit and fell in love with it as soon as he saw the box. He couldn't wait to dig in. He had a blast digging it out and putting the T-Rex together. It is much simpler to clean up than I thought it would be. The digging tools are great quality, as are the accessories. The display stand makes it a great decor item and toy! Definitely a win in our house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Son loved it! Great Science kit for digging and finding bones. I would recommend doing this activity outside because it can be messing with the dirt. Also use water would soften the dirt and bring the dust down. Once my son got all the bones. I would recommend to clean everything before you before the bones together, it does get hard putting together because the dirt get in the way. Other that it great kit for 5-10 years old!

A Dinosaur Hunters Dream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my son if saw the box he was super excited. Dinosaurs and Jurassic World us his favorites! The packaging was well done and easy to open. My son LOVED digging the bones out of the 'stone' block. The tools included worked very well. Once the T Rex was build. OMG! Not only did he love it, so did I and my friends! The details on it were done well and we did not expect it to be as big as it was! I would love to have it for my shelf! I would highly recommended this kit!

AWESOME dinosaur activity!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5 year old son and I had a blast using this dinosaur excavation kit. All of the bones are individually placed within a large brick-like block. You have to slowly chip away the "dirt" to uncover all of the bones. I will admit that the dirt is more of a dust like substance, so plan to do this outside. However, it cleans up super easy! My 5 year old was a bit more anxious to get everything excavated, so we spent about 2 hours on this activity. With a slightly older child, you could easily spend 3 hours uncovering the bones- so great for a rainy or summer day! Once all the bones are uncovered, as per the directions, we washed them, dried them, and assembled the t-rex. My 5 year old was able to put some of the bones together, but struggled putting together parts of the dinosaur. I actually had a tough time with a few pieces and had to pull out the tools. With that said, it's clearly not cheap plastic! Our new excavated T-REX is proudly on display in my son's room. I have NO doubt that it will last a long time. So pleased with this activity and I would highly recommend it for any kiddo that enjoys dinosaurs/science/exploration.

Engaging To Excavate, Build And Play With!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Jurassic World T-Rex Playleontology Kit is a great STEM hands on activity for kids. Kiddos can excavate, build, and proudly display their very own Tyrannosaurus Rex. The set comes with three tools for excavation, a hammer, brush, and shovel. The bones are waiting inside of a dirt like material to be discovered, retrieved, cleaned, and assembled by little learners. Also, there is a stand for the dinosaur and a museum plaque. Plus, once the dino is built there is a function that brings him to life!
As a mom and teacher I love toys that are hands on and engaging. This kit is definitely both. My boys (4 & 6) were extremely excited to dig for, excavate, and clean all the different bones. This is a terrific and fun learning toy. Excavating and building the Tyrannosaurus Rex works on kiddos fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, problem solving skills, and dexterity. My sons are really enjoying the using dinosaur for imaginary play too. This set is recommended for ages 5 and up.

Fun learning with STEM and Dinosaurs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening this toy, the whole family was excited to get in on the action.
The directions were easy and clear that my 5 year old was quick to unpackaged everything and get started. This kit comes with everything you would possibility need to excavate the fossils. The tools and fossils were well made and held up nicely as the kids dug through and clean it up for display. We did this outside on the driveway, as it can get a bit messy, and the neighbor kids came to join in on the fun!
Everyone had a great time taking turns finding each fossil and cleaning and then putting it together. The display case is a nice touch as everyone was really excited to see the finished results. As the kids gathered to join in on the fun, there was many talks about dinosaurs and fun facts being passed around so great fun and really stimulated the kids to discuss the history of dinosaurs!
The best part was all the kids taking turn putting all the fossils together and really being excited when it was all done. Great fun and a great learning experience. I was even able to learn a few dinosaur facts that I have forgotten with my old age!

Great Stem toy!

So much fun and the noise interaction is such a nice added bonus. It was so much fun finding the bones as well as building the dinosaur! Kid and parent approved!
