So cool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a lot of fun for my 8 year old son. He was able to do it all by himself from start to finish. He enjoyed excavating the “fossils” a lot. It’s awesome that after they put it together there is a nice way to display it. The function with the mouth is a nice touch. I’d absolutely recommend this!

Fun and educational for my 6 year old!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was really fun for my 6 year old. We did this outside because it looked a bit messy (which it was). He had a blast digging for all the dinasaur bones. My only concern was all the dust, I didn’t like him breathing it in so had him cover his face. This is a great activity that teaches patience and care. He didn’t finish it but got about half way through before taking a break. It was nice seeing him so engaged with a non video game ‘toy’!

Fun at the beginning but not so much at the end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward to receive this kit because my youngest son (7 years old) has been begging for Jurrasic World toys lately. When it finally arrived, he was very excited, especially when he found out that he had to “dig” the bone just like a real paleontologist. For about an hour, he and his older brother (12 years old) were very busy doing the excavation. My husband and I enjoyed watching them working together like that. However, after excavating job was done, the problem started. Washing each bone and cleaning up the mess were quite a task. Another problem that we encountered was how difficult it was to assemble the bones/skeleton. I’m not sure if ours were defective or not, but they were obviously not well connected to each other and this has made my son frustrated because no matter how hard he tried, they kept falling apart. At the end, after so much time and effort, we managed to construct the skeleton. I would recommend this item for the fun factor at the beginning only.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

He loves anything with science and digging and learning. So this kit was interesting and fun for him.

Perfect for the most excited Dino lover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3 year old absolutely loved this. The box says for older than 3 but he was plenty capable with assistance. It is such an amazing STEM dinosaur project. They dig then build, while learning about dinosaurs. This is, by far, my favorite stem toy for my child. I would highly reccomend it for any dinosaur lover or kid.

He loves doing excavation kits and this one actually took some time to complete which was awesome! (We've had other kits that he finishes in minutes). It is a little messy (as you would expect) but lots of fun! Once you get all the pieces it's fun to assemble!
