Very poor quality

No surprise, a tiny hook on the base was broken after I used it a few times. Unfortunately I was busy to return this crap and now warranty has expired so money wasted. Hey Swann, is there a chance I still can return it or at least can I get a part which is attached to the door? Will try to use it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
