Do Not Buy This JUNK!

I have been battling this doorbell for 3 months now. It only works very rarely and now the video and audio is not working at all. I have a brand new wifi router and high speed internet. You can even see in my pics "very good signal strength"...but won't connect or play videos or live video. I still get motion notifications so I know something's connected. So irritating. It makes a nice ornament by my front door I guess. This was a Christmas gift so I couldn't return it which makes me even more furious. It should be illegal to sell junk like this. Do your research and read reviews. Go with a Ring doorbell. Trust me (and others). Look at my pics and welcome to this world if you waste your money on this. Your welcome.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Right out of the box very easy to set up. Paired to iPhone without problems. Comes with Free local recording that you can watch on your smart phone. Also comes with heat sensing technology, warm objects trigger alerts and monitoring. Has 2 way audio that you can turn off so you can talk and the person at door won't be able to hear you. It connects to wifi and is rechargeable.

Very good but had to buy a Develo Wi-Fi extender..... We thought we might need to do this as the walls on our house our quite thick. The doorbell has an excellent build quality and is very sturdy. The doorbell is very easy to use and set up. The preformance is excellant (it requires a strong Wi-Fi signal - we needed to add an extender.)
The over-all quality of the doorbell is amazing and I would deffinatly recomond it (as long as you have a strong Wi-Fi signal
