Disappointed

I bought this less than a year ago attracted by all the features without the price tag of a leading competitor and without having to pay a subscription for the service. I also bought two door chimes, one of which was clearly faulty and credit to Swann it was replaced speedily. The doorbell has never really fit easily and ultimately I gave up trying to lock it in place. Likewise it does not hold its charge for any great length of time and it has got progressively worse. It is a pain having to remove the unit, be without a door bell, and having to charge it so often. The upshot is that I will go the leading competitor especially as a neighbour has had a far more positive experience with them. I do not rate this product though for balance I will say I am more than happy with their pan and tilt camera.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The security screw on the camera is used to ensure your camera is not easily removed.

Horrible!

Does not load live feed. Just keeps spinning! I've signed out and deleted the app. Also restarted my phone and tested my internet.

Needs more work

Disappointed in this product, as I have several cctv systems and been happy with them.
The smart doorbell is quite heavy on power consumption, and it is necessary to remove the unit in order to recharge it.
The unit functions correctly but is slow to respond to callers. In most instances callers have aborted before the user is able to establish communication.
The unit looks good and is well made but I feel its functionality falls short of expections.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The battery life on this unit can vary depending on how often the item is in use. The PIR sensor has a range of 16ft, anything detected within this field will create a trigger to begin recording and/or push a notification to your mobile device.

had for 2 month with fibre broadband,very slow to load images and dose not connect quick enough to talk to anyone that rings
