[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason it didn't get a 5 star rating is because there wasn't an directions pamphlet on how to use your phone. We had to go to a website to get instructions.

For example I'll be having a conversation with a contact and it'll all be on one message but then out of nowhere the same person will pop up in a new message but still having the same conversation then I'll have two messages per contact. I also though love the style and the features of the phone . It's slim but Bigg at the same time. It's really what I was looking for . Especially for my work m

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this phone as a replacement to an iPhone 6s. After 7+ years of iOS I returned to Android. The transition has not been bad. I did have issues with the phone initially but it was user caused. I found out, do not use an interface case that is USB-C capable. It caused the phone to not function as planned and caused me to re-start it a number of times. Took some time to figure this out, but since that time all is going great.

Takes great pictures, runs smooth, everything I could want. I am an android person and would definitely recommend this phone. Just wish LG would update the android edition already.

I have always loved LG phones and there ability to work so easy. I like the LG V40 ThinQ because it's processor is very fast and the features are awesome too. I love the 5 cameras and your ability to take different pictures, settings and change the way pictures look.
