excellent outdoor and indoor light

Just received my order two days ago. I bought 3 of these to light up my patio since we don't have an external outlet outside (nor wired lighting). I also chose this because these string lights can be charged through usb (and not only solar). I got the string lights out of the box to try them out and i was surprised by how bright they are (Even at the lowest setting and the I was totally amazed by the highest setting. These lights might be the brightest battery powered string lights that I've come across. Can't wait to enjoy the patio at night! Definitely worth the cost!

Solar charging

Would be nice if string of lights could be separated from the base unit. Also takes forever to change by solar. Needs 12 hours of sunlight to fully charge. Good luck.

Perfect camp string lights

Perfect in every way. Long lasting (all through the evening and night and into the morning) adjustable light but the dimmest is just right for ambient light at a campsite. Stores away in a solid little case with the solar panel on top. My favorite piece of camping equipment!

Expectations exceeded!

I was blown away by how much illumination these lights provide...then I realized that was the lowest of three settings! They will definitely light up my glamping picnic table suspended from a 16' tarp line. While not as warm a color as my candles they are pleasing - not a cold blue white light. The first time I utilized the convenient cable port to charge with my phone charger cube which didn't take long (task added to pre-camp check list!) as I was eager to see the lights. I hope to enjoy the same solar charging and longevity I enjoy with my standard and candle Luci lights. I'm always concerned about wires that have to bend to store so plan to do my part by winding the lights up carefully each time. The solar panel/battery/case design is well thought-out making this easy to do. I purchased the string to replace by AA battery-powered LED twinkle lights; the fewer batteries going into the waste stream the better! I've also purchased the STEM build-a-light kit for my granddaughter an easy and charming little project for her. Thanks for all the innovative ideas LUCI folks!

I love that I can recharge it with usb. It gives good light. The hooks to hang it up are rather small so I hang them by wrapping the string around hanging places.

Luci is such a great solar light for multiple reasons !! It is great just for keeping on the deck always charged for friends needing to charge their phones and soft lighting in the evenings or in the camper for overnight surf trips for night lights and charge to catch the morning waves int he am. I have one and gave one as a gift we both love it !!!
