Wow-Gatti

This is my first time EVER building (Lego Technic) something so technical from Lego.
But wow it was a lot of fun! Will definitely be purchasing more! This was my first Lego build in 10 years, Really brought back memories :-)
If I was too add my only criticism. I wish the key was a little more rigid! Apart from that well worth the money.

I love assembling the Bugatti and the Porsche!! I think these were easy builds and had a great time building both sets. In my opinion I highly recommend building both.

Since I began collecting cars, every single cars has been upgraded every time, and finally, this Bugatti Chiron shows the perfection.
It's good for play, it's also good for display,
and it shows its worth more when it parked with Porche 911 GT3 RS
I strongly recommend it to have, if you are loyal lego collector lol
Have fun with it !

Awesome building experience!

In the recent years I have bought several of the largest and most complex technic sets, and I also make some creations of my own. So I think have some experience when it comes to building technic sets.
Therefore I wasn´t expecting this to be an especially challenging build. But I was wrong. I really had to stay focused to get it all right. And if you mess up, it might be difficult to correct later on. Based on this complexity and the advanced building techniques, I really loved building it. I spent seven evenings building at a slow pace, so I could learn some new tricks and avoid errors, and at the same time just enjoy the experience.
From time to time I think the MOC community makes better products than the LEGO-group. But with the Bughatti Chiron LEGO are back in the front seat, showing the rest of us how its done. Great work, designteam!! Make more sets like this in the future, please.
Make sure you listen to the podcasts, they really add value to the whole experience.
I have some minor suggestions that might be relevant for future ultimate technic sets:
- Prepare the car for power functions. Sure, the MOC community will motorize this car. But it would be nice to just add motors without potentially ruining the design.
- Make doors less flimsy and make the door mechanisms more realistic
- Avoid weird errors like the soft springs in the front of the car (and the gears in the Porsche)
Buy it, you will not regret it!

Another great technic car

I was actually able to buy this a week early at Legoland, and have worked a few steps at a time spread over 12 days building it. It’s been a very enjoyable build, and its display value is fantastic.
The gearbox is pretty complex, and I probably should have investigated it more extensively during the build - both to see how it works, and to resolve whatever issue is keeping my finished build from rolling. At some point I’ll have to tear it apart to fix it. It would be a good idea to have a test step once the gearbox is fully assembled so it could be more easily troubleshooted.
I love the color scheme and details. Would have been nice to have translucent parts for the taillights, and it’s always preferred to have printed parts instead of stickers, though I didn’t really mind these.
Thanks for another great set, Lego!

This is a must have for any LEGO collector/fan. This Bugatti was awesome to build and to see the attention to detail the LEGO designers did and how it comes together is simply stunning. Anyone who has the Porsche 911 GT3 RS should also get this as the two make a wicked pair.

Great from opening box, First LEGO build and enjoyed every moment to completion. Very satisfying to find it all worked at the end. I would have liked a clue as to what should work and some tests to do during build. Looks fantastic, have got to find a case for it. What now? Going to try the Porsche next.
