Great set but...

I loved this set until I got to the last box. I was missing 1 4 stud flat brick that is important for the finishing touches. It looks great the build was the most challenging I’ve done. Now I have to wait 7 weeks to complete it.
For being my first ever technic set of the caliber i had no idea what i was getting myself into. This build was the most challenging of all! For someone who has built 100's of LEGO sets this one come above all of them for difficulty.
The technic pins, axles, rods, and so on got overwhelming pretty fast. The first half of building this was the working and maneuverability of the actual build. As you could assume it wasn't easy. I was actual about to send this thing be due to the difficulty!
Alas I carried on and managed to get through it and boy! Was it worth the struggle. This is an amazing model and am certainly looking forward to many more of these!
This set had 9 missing pieces!a huge dissatisfaction. I wish you would try harder to get all the pieces in! Luckily I owned the pieces that were missing and added hem on, but still it’s not fair to make ppl use there own legos on a new set.
After finally finishing it looks really cool just like the real car I’d just say it could have been a little better
Absolutely AWESOME build. The Porche was a lot of fun and is also an awesome product. This one builds on that experience and makes it even better and classier in every way. A must have for real Technic enthusiasts.
Would recommend to any one. One of the best build I built. I did have a couple of pieces missing. I called to order my missing pieces free of course. They were great, it took about 7 days to received. Thank you. Hope the Lambo is as great as the Bugatti.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're sorry you had to pause your build, but glad you got in touch for replacement pieces so you could get back to building.
It’s very unusual for a LEGO® set to be missing pieces (usually they're found stuck in the packaging or hiding on the floor), but in the rare case something is missing, we're always here to help at LEGO.build/Service-BV.
This is an amazingly detailed model, faithfully recreating numerous iconic aspects of both Bugatti design in general, and the Chiron in particular, including the horseshoe grille, the sweeping exterior curves, and the custom pattern wheels. The build itself is rather long and involved, taking me almost twelve hours over the course of two days, though much of that time is spent assembling the rather robustly designed frame and undercarriage and the intricately modeled seven speed dual-clutch transmission and monstrous 8 liter W16 engine. However, despite how complex the build is, the instructions are well designed and mostly pretty easy to follow barring a few places where it's easy to miss small pieces being added to much larger assemblies.
The transmission in particular is extremely impressive, both the internal gearing and the shifting mechanism make inventive use of individual pieces to produce a remarkably complex and thoroughly robust system. It's honestly a bit of a shame in my opinion that there's no way to see most of it once the model is fully assembled.
The design is rather sturdy (more so than I would normally expect for a LEGO model, though this is the first Technic model I've built that's on this scale), though some of the exterior modeling is a bit less robust than I would personally have liked if I hadn't bought this as anything other than a display model. The detailing relies heavily on carefully placed stickers in some places, which I'm not hugely fond of but can understand given that custom printed parts would have significantly raised the price of the model.
Overall, this is a great model for the value, especially given the history of models like this becoming valuable collectibles once they're no longer being produced. I would highly recommend it for both fans of complex LEGO sets and fans of sports cars.
The Bugatti build is exceptional. I'm only up to box 2 at the moment, however I wanted to note that I had to stop in box 1 and order missing pieces, and now in box 2 I am having to do the same thing. If I have to stop and order pieces in each box, I'll be pretty irate. Considering the price of this set, Lego needs to do a better job of ensuring ALL the pieces are there. I'm not going to have to wait a week or so for the missing pieces to get to me FOR THE SECOND TIME. This is very annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!
