Cool Car

Looks just like the real thing. I was already amazed when I first opened the box, it had a mural of the Bugatti Chiron printed on the boxes. The build experience was very fun, and I listened to the Bugatti podcast while building it. The gearbox and 16 piston engine are both really cool, and the moving spoiler really worked. Gears 2-3 sometimes made a clicking sound, but otherwise it worked fine. The front was also a bit flimsy. After building it, I took an extra step and added a lighting kit that I got online.

Incredible build, worth it!

The Bugatti Chiron took me almost 2 years of build-time due to a crazy workload. I had a few missing parts but Lego helped fulfill every one of them.
The packaging is TOP NOTCH and makes you feel like you have a truly premium product. The design/build booklets (2 massive books) really are designed in a lovely way if you enjoy those kind of things. I took ample time to read what the designers had to say and the history of Bugatti and this particular car.
This thing is massive! I have to say it looks very impressive in a display case or shelf. Being technic, most of your time ill be spent with the mechanics of the car, from steering to a full 16-piston engine to working driveshafts and forward/reverse/neutral.
If I were to nitpick, I would say that the design of the hood of the car leaves a LOT of space. The lines and shapes of the parts do the overall look justice, but I would have liked to see more pieces cover it up. I understand that there may have been no pieces that fit the design.
Overall, if you can still find this at a decent price, pick it up. You won't be dissapointed.

Great Experience, great product.

During the summer of 2022, I found myself looking for stuff to do (school teacher in the US; we also get summers off, for many, well deserved break). Long story short, I quickly developed an obsession with Legos. Several sets later, I decided to pick up the Bugatti. What can I say? I do have a bias for Lego technic and this one did not disappoint. It was fun and challenging and therapeutic from start to finish, and the finished product was really quite satisfying. Aesthetically, yes, it doesn’t look as “complete” as the Ferrari. But the way the Chiron came together still makes it look very “alive” or “dynamic.” And like great art, the observer can also participate in the creative process by seeing the finished product in one’s mind. I think there might have been one or two steps in the instruction booklet that might have been off, but if one is careful, these errors are easily corrected. I can’t wait for the next Technic exotic super car!!!

One of the best sets ever

This set is amazing not just because of the look of it and its functionality, but because of the actual building process. I built a lot of LEGO sets before and this is probably the most rewarding build because it isn't repetitive at all and you slowly see the car being made. It's incredible how detailed the engine is and how realistic it is compared to a real Chiron is unbelievable. Everything works seamlessly from the steering to the spoiler. The only thing I don't like is how flimsy it is in front and that there are stickers when they could have printed it. Below I have a picture of mine next to a real Bugatti Chiron, but it isn't the right color since the real Bugatti is the sport version.

I truly hope Lego continues this trend that started with the Porsche 911 GT3 RS. I'll buy them all.
The Bugatti is incredible and a great sequel to the aforementioned Porsche. The set is well-engineered, challenging to build and it looks amazing when finished. It's almost a let down when it's complete because construction is so involved and enjoyable.
I can't wait until my daughter is old enough to help me build these.
A Lamborghini, Ferrari or McLaren would be an awesome next project!

Similar to the previous Porsche 911, it is a wonderful lego model. Again, it still gives us some space to DIY remote control engine and lighting systems. It is a really well design lego product. I have a great experience figuring out how to set up the power function system. U shoulf try to make your Bugatti run too!
I really like to share with you guys how i put two XL motor and one servo motor into this Bugatti model.
