Disappointed on the quality

Feels like the quality of LEGO bricks in this set is way worse than the old bricks in my old sets. I just couldn’t tolerate the plastic injection point on bricks. It’s too eye appeal and I’m unable to ignore it. There’s also visible color differences on bricks that supposed to be same with each other as shown in the picture.

Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear the slight variations in the brick color have caused some concern with the set. We always test and retest our toys to make sure that they’ll hold up to play when they’re built exactly as shown in the instructions.
Slight variations in color or injection points from the bricks will have no bearing on your build stability, but if you have extra questions about your elements, we're here to help. Feel free to give us a shout at LEGO.com/Service for support with quality and brick care.
The design of the build was quite exquisite for being a Lego set. The instructions were a bit difficult to follow at times, but in the end it was a masterpiece! The reaction that the wheels had with the engine and the gearbox was very thoughtful towards the real car!
The Bugatti Chiron is a great set. I think the most impressive thing about this set is the detail in this car. The box is also very spectacular. It is very appealing as well as the instruction manual. There are many fabulous photos of the real Bugatti Chiron and the instructions are fairly easy to understand. All in all, I think this car is a great car for anyone to have and I recommend this to all age groups of car lovers.
When I finished building this set I felt satisfied and very happy with the overall product. This set is definitely not a beginner level set and I would recommend not having this set if you do not have any previous Technic experience.
Really awesome set. Looks great, fun to build, and it’s full of authentic details like the engine, gearshift, and steering wheel. Very nice and smooth design. Well worth the money.
After 8 excruciating days of detail and Torture building what seemed to be a great LEGO. I came to find that once finished all 4 wheels do not roll as expected. It seems as though building all the interior gears was useless. I would have been better off just building the frame and putting and wheels on. I’m very disappointed.

Thanks for your review. I’m sorry to hear that your LEGO® set isn’t working as expected. From what you’ve described, it sounds a little rebuilding might be in order. You’ll want to make sure that each part is in the exact position shown in the instructions and that everything’s pressed together tightly (except the gears, which need some extra room to turn). You should have much better results!
If you need a hand troubleshooting the build, you can get in touch with our friendly Customer Service team at LEGO.com/Service.
I would've gotten it done in 2 days but I had to wait a week for TWO replacement parts. Other than that it was a pretty good experience it worked well, and looked good
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for your review! It's very unusual for a LEGO® set to be missing any pieces. (Usually they're found stuck in the packaging or hiding on the floor!) But in the rare case something is missing, we're always here to help at LEGO.com/Service. We're glad you got in touch, and enjoyed the set!
