[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced one I had broken the glass top. Hope this one is betterbuilt. It has metal around all of it under the glass at the edge. Thwe other only had the metal for about 12 in on frount and back. This has been much better engineered.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's an excellent, the cooking takes minus time to be done. the thinks that you can use the same burner for small or large casseroles is great.
Bought the cooktop without knobs for my brand new kitchen. 2 months after finishing kitchen it is recalled!! Cannot buy another brand because the different brands have different cutout measurements. Now I have to get another version which I do not want. Called KitchenAid, they do not care!! Wish I went with GE. Will NEVER buy KitchenAid again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the versatility of the larger cooktop. I can cook multiple things at a time and not worry about the pans being crowded.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop replaced our brand new KitchenAid cooktop that turned itself on and also changed heat settings by itself. The original cooktop did not have knobs which was so nice because it was easy to clean and the "knobless" look was beautiful. The replacement cooktop is easy to use and looks nice, but I would prefer not having to clean around the knobs. I am disappointed that KitchenAid did not provide a fix for the problem for the knobless model.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving my ceramic cooktop! After using and cleaning a gas cooktop, I am very happy with my new ceramic cooktop! It is efficient and easy to clean.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed almost a month ago. Replaced a 60 year old exposed element cooktop. The install was fairly easy, though I'm not sure the retention screws are doing much. The cooktop itself works great, exponentially better than the old one. In the lighting in our kitchen, it's hard to see exactly where the elements are until you turn them on. Overall I would recommend it.
