[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took over a year for the appliance store I bought it from to get it, but it was so worth the wait. I love the 5 burners and the room. The burners get hot fast and heat pans evenly. It was everything I expected and more.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooking elements are good. It is very difficult to clean. I use the products you sent along with the cooktop, but it takes a of effort to maintain it. I have had glass cooktops in the past which were a lot easier too maintain. Cleaning the cooktop is a big part of using it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this cooktop last week to replace our GE cooktop that cracked. I'm so glad we waited and got this one. I had to cater this past weekend and this cooktop was perfect for me to do what i needed for my catering job. This is way better than what we expected, it meets our personal everyday and professional needs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m enjoying my new cooktop with its 5 burners and the large burner with a dual setting. It is a very nice looking unit, however, it is very difficult to get clean and smudge free. Perhaps a recommended cleaner should have been provided by the dealer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the cooktop for a month or so, we love it, but within the first two weeks we had to call for service to replace two of the five burners. The hot surface light would not go off after the top had cooled
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the KitchenAid, because it was 1 of a very few with 5 elements, with 1 of the elements able to handle a large stockpot and wide dutch oven pan. Those looking for similar features will be pleased. Just note that this cooktop will require a cabinet that fits a 36" top or just under 35" (~34 11/16 cooktop under unit) and 50 amp circuit breaker.
