Not giving battery backup as promised since day on

Battery life is pathetic.....I have tried all the options but it is not giving backup as promised. With smartwatch On, it works less then 12 hours and Just Watch mode, it works merly 48 hours.....I don't know whom to contact and how to fix......I have tried multple time reset....I keep WiFi Off, I keep Always ON feature Off. Even charging takes more then 3 hours many time as it gets heated.
Pros: ease of use, Quality, Style/Design, Features/Settings
