The best to remove cooking odors!

If you haven't had a vent to the outside, you're missing things. My house smells so much better now that most of the odors from cooking don't linger.

We love our GE Profile hood vent. It has a sleek and modern look. It provides an efficient exhaust, runs quiet, and provides more than adequate lighting to my stove area. It was a great addition to our kitchen upgrades!

No backlight on the touch panel to see instantly

There is no or such such less backlight on the touch controls that you can’t even figure out what option you are pressing. Only the clock timing appears bright and visible.
Functional enough but what will I do if I don’t know or can’t see which option I’m pressing. Can we please add more backlight to the touch panel so people know right away what button they are pressing?

Quiet wall mount hood

We've had this wall mount hood for nearly 3-months, and are overall very happy with the product. Our last hood was extremely loud, and this one is very quite. It's hard for us to believe that it's working, but it is! No fire alarms have gone off when we are using extreme heat. The remote is also nice a nice feature. They one thing we are trying to understand is how to prevent the touch buttons from flashing. It happens every now and then when my husband doesn't turn it off, and the oven is no longer on. Another note, the big box stores will not install this. You'll need to hire a professional to detach your old hood, and install your new hood. Make sure you have the right supplies for installation as well.
