Let me start by saying that the functionality of the range is great, even heating on all of the burners and the oven. The look is exactly what we hoped for our small kitchen, clean lines and shiny surfaces. These things are as they should be for this price range. But, and I am disappointed to have to point these things out, the build quality is pretty poor. The storage bin is as flimsy or worse than ranges costing 1/3 of the price, the oven rack guides no longer support the racks due to warping of the inner walls that hold them in place, again, flimsy materials. The touch pad buttons are insanely sensitive and even the slighted graze will cause functions to turn on or off. Cleaning the top vent is impossible as you can’t remove the upper vent to access what needs to be cleaned even though it is very visible. Lastly, the front vent exhausts hot air directly into the control knobs causing the foil covering to bubble and peel off with a sponge and soapy water. The foil that remains on the plastic knobs is looking burned. After finding the insultingly high price of replacement knobs(each knob is priced as high as complete set of generic knobs) we’ve decided to ride it out with our flaking and somewhat white knobs. I am not happy to write these things as we were super excited to purchase the range but I would not recommend this unit to anyone that is going to use it the way it was designed to be used. If you want to buy it and have it just sit in your kitchen, it is gorgeous.

Stylish stove for small space.

This stove looks amazing, works great and it fits perfect in our small kitchen. We are not sacrificing style at all! Very happy with this purchase.

problem with cleaning vent area

I am pleased with this range; but,there is no practical way to clean under the vent area between the back splash and the element top. It would be a problem if you couldn't see the grease build up. I will have to invent a device to clean that area under the vent grate. keeping my stove clean was the reason I bought a flat top. Not good for a premium priced product. Other than that this is a great stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great look and size

I cannot comment on performance yet as I literally just installed this unit. However I do like the look and size of it right away. Installation was simple, however I deducted a star based on how it arrived. Upon unboxing I found four loose screws at the bottom. So I searched to see if I could identify where they came from. I was able to find where two of them went, but the other two are still a mystery. And during my search, I also found several other very loose screws that I had to tighten up. So that was a little disappointing right out of the box.
The plastic film used to protect the surfaces during transport is appreciated however when it is not easily removed that is frustrating. For example, it is under/behind the handle on the drawer.
Also, the adhesive on the tape that secured various pieces for transport is not easily removed either. So I had to really clean those areas hard (ie backsplash) before putting into service.
Relatively minor gripes, but annoying nonetheless. Otherwise initial impressions are good. If I find otherwise after using it then I will update my review.

Cute with some bummers

Really cute oven. Doesn't get as hot as my previous oven (only gets to 450, I was hoping for at least 500 for making pizza) and as others have said the drawer is flimsy (but glad to just have a drawer)! Takes a bit to preheat and I wish there was a way to know when the oven is simply 'on' - there is a light for when it is preheating but it shuts off when comes to temp. Feel with no way of knowing the oven is on after it's done preheating at a quick glance is a potential hazard. Timer is quiet. Overall the oven works pretty good and looks great so we will keep it, but think it's a little less quality than the amount you pay for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Performs nicely and just the right size

Everything about this combination cooktop and oven plus the right size for our cabin in the woods. Our only complaint is the timer alarm is so quiet that if we are not standing next to it it can’t be heard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poorly placed control pad

Overall, this product performs well - hits set temperatures in the oven and is stable, no complaints with the top burners. One huge issue is that the keypad to control the oven is placed directly over a vent and gets wildly hot if the oven is set to higher than 250C (it could cause serious burns and is uncomfortable to change settings when oven is in use). It's also starting to get a little warped from the heat after using regularly for about 10 months -- when I press the buttons, it requires a bit more force to select since the screen appears to "bubble out" and makes a small popping noise like it's delaminating underneath. For the price of a tiny oven like this one, this feels unacceptable to me. I'm not sure if I would repurchase knowing what I do about the control/key pad near the vent and I doubt it will work properly in 2 years.

Please note that while we expect warm air to be vented from the unit, we certainly don’t expect the keypad to get too hot to use safely. The cooktop may be warm after the oven has been on, and the control panel area may also get a bit warm; however, the cooling fan is designed to help protect internal components and reduce heat. If you are finding that the air from the vent is so hot it’s warping the key pad and causing a possible safety issue, you may want to check to make sure none of the vents on the range are blocked. If they are not, we would recommend contacting our Service Department at 1-877-337-3639; a technician would be able to examine and repair any issues with the range.
