Got this a month ago after looking for an apartment sized 24" model with a convection oven for nearly 2 years. Looks elegant and works great! Cookies made in convection the best I've ever made. Smooth black range top heats fast and is the best electric I have know.
One of the best ranges you can buy in the 24" size

This range arrived in good condition and installed as easily as you would expect for an electric range.
The knobs and other moving parts feel solid and not a bit chintzy. As others have mentioned, the drawer is a little flimsy. This isn't a deal-breaker for me, as I have plenty of light-weight pans to store, so the drawer will still see lots of use.
If I had a complaint about anything it would be that the oven door has a vent that sends hot air across the clock/timer panel. I understand with a slide-in like this there may have been relatively few options for vent placement. However, a break in the vent for the 3-4" where the panel is located might have saved us users from some uncomfortable heat while making use of the timer function.
At the end of the day, I made this purchase because it seemed to be the most aesthetically appealing consumer-grade 24" electric range on the market. It really doesn't disappoint in that regard. We have had a Haier refrigerator for some time now which we have been happy with, and that helped us feel more comfortable making this purchase.
We installed this range for my European sized parents kitchen. The range is good quality however has some drawbacks.
Pros: Good quality materials and fit/finish. Easy to install and clean. Decent features for a subcompact.
Cons: Even with the most optimal metal pans, cook times are longer than expected. Boiling a cup of water takes at least 6 min even on 9, the highest setting. Value to price ratio is low, it’s over priced for what you get. There are few players in this sub-compact range space, hence the higher prices.
We bought this range for its 24 inch size, which is not easy to find. We had no prior experience with Haier, and only one of us has ever used an electric stove (my husband). So far, so good. The oven is impressive for how quickly it heats up, and we have not found the smaller size to be a problem. The electric cooktop does take longer to heat up than the gas stoves that I have always used - I just have to learn how to deal with it. I would love to see Haier make a 24 inch convection range someday - that would be the best of all possible worlds!
This range is now part of a kitchenette that I had installed in my house. It fits perfectly and works great. The top surface is easy to clean and has four perfect sized burners. The oven works as standard electric or convection and both features work fantastic. It was easy to set up and is well balanced.
