AWESOME LIMITED EDITION ARTISAN SERIES MIXER 5 QT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mixer about 2 weeks ago and it's been working double duty in my kitchen. I started with my tried and true soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies followed by pizza dough and a 2 layer chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. this mixer made all the work a breeze! the unit was easy to use and at it's best quiet. it made the fluffiest buttercream!
the only downside to this was my package did not include the pouring shield which would've been really useful when i made my cakes and pizza dough.
love this machine.... love the powder coated blue color and white bowl. would like to get a glass bowl too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful KitchenAid, but Came Damaged

This is such a beautiful kitchenaid, so I was so happy when I bought it as a present for myself. Unfortunately, when I got it, I noticed that the metal strip of the KitchenAid is loose and won't pop back in no matter what I try to do. Such a bummer that such a beautiful countertop fixture looks so cheap now that the metal peice isn't flush.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] And my kitchen got a beautiful upgrade. So happy with it. The teenagers have been able to use it for baking, I've used it for shredding meat and mixing etc. Can't wait to decide which accessory to get to make things more fun and easier.

Worst service ever

I purchased the mixer a few weeks back, and they said it would be delivered last week. It still hasn't been delivered. I called the number that they gave me, and the wait time is 69 minutes. So I tried the chat and the wait is 112 minutes. It's so simple to solve this by having a call back feature and people won't hate on Kitchen Aid. They've created a problem and then give no opportunity to solve it. I hate the mixer and i haven't even seen it yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so in love with my kitchen aid mixer my only gripe with it I'd that the blow cover doesn't fit properly and ends up being more of a pain. I just cover my mixer with a rag if I need a cover
