Side tape came loose after first use

I inspected throughly before using since some reviews said side tape’s problem.
After I used it only once, side tape came loose. I only used for mixing cake mix for 2 speed in 2-3 minutes.
I am super disappointed since I bought this since special edition.
My 15 year old one does not have a problem like this.
Very disappointed with quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good mixer for basic use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great mixer. All of my basic projects have been great. Have had some problems with the bowl popping out and the locking lever not holding the head down. I knead a lot of dough to make pasta so it is a lot of wear and tear that I don't think the mixer can totally handle.
