Exactly what I've always wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is absolutely gorgeous. I have been wanting a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer for three years and it has definitely been worth the wait! Have been baking everyday with it! It definitely takes a bit more getting used to as compared to a hand mixer, but it really simplifies baking once you get used to it!

I bought my first home and the first thing I bought myself for my white kitchen was the 100 year limited addition mixer. I couldn’t be more happier. The color is even better in person!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Artisan model from the Global Kitchen surveys I submit. Nonetheless, the Artisan mixer (and, all Kitchenaid mixers!) truly, truly are indispensable for home cooking and baking. It is wonderful to be able to use the attachments on the mixer rather than having to have additional appliances in your kitchen and pantry. The mixer is excellent for “light” cooking and baking, but also for more complex recipes. I will ALWAYS have one in my kitchen. I can’t praise this mixer enough!

Making Cooking a Breeze

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the KitchenAid - Model K Limited Edition Heritage Artisan® Series 5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer and must say it is beautiful. My husband and I love to bake and cook. This is just what we needed to make cooking so much easier. My husband loves making bread, pizza and macaroni dough and friselle. Some of the recipes call for as much as 7 cups of flour incorporated with oil and water. The mixing is not terrible but the needing will definitely wear you out. He has tried using a food processor for his dough but all you get is BB size dough balls that you still have to knead by hand. Now that we have this he has made bread and pizza dough that rivals the best restaurants. The dough hook works wonders. The nice part about the KitchenAid mixer is the multiple speeds, aggressive motor and the clear cover that allows you to add ingredients while mixing and preventing the ingredients from flying out. The whisk and flat paddle makes my cake batters a breeze. You still have to use a rubber spatula every once in a while to help incorporate everything but that is to be expected. Even when I use a hand mixer for small things I have to do that. The mixer is quite sturdy which is evident by the weight. It does make a fair amount of noise but being that the motor is powerful and that I don’t use it at night or early morning when anyone is sleeping, this doesn’t bother me in the least. The color is kind of retro old world and we both like that. He would have liked to see an all stainless bowl only because he feels the white will get dirty and if it scratches will show. We are very impressed with the KitchenAid mixer and will be using it for years to come. Thank you for making a quality item.

Beautiful mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this limited edition mixer from KitchenAid to review. I’ve had a KitchenAid mixer for the past 37 years and was thrilled to review this new model.
My model was a powder blue with a white enameled bowl.
Being used to the stainless bowl I was concerned about the white exterior scratching. It actually scratched after one use.
The mixer was easy to use and performed beautifully. After 37 years this mixer was a treat!!!
Looking forward to many good years with the new mixer.

Powerful and surprisingly quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this mixer out on several different things, from cookies, to bread dough and meringue.
I made runzas, which is one of my family’s favorite sandwiches. The dough turned out perfectly and the dough hook worked great!
I made a coconut cream pie with meringue topping. I have attached a photo of the pie with the meringue topping. As you can see, the peaks it made are great! It only took a few minutes to whip it up!

The new Misty Blue color is definitely one to love! All the amazing qualities in the classic tilt-head mixer and still as strong! Absolutely will love this for many many years to come!
