[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the L.E. stand mixer as a Christmas gift. I was pumped and couldn't wait to use it! That was until I attempted to lock the paddle in place to realize there was ZERO resistance against it. When I used a spatula to scrape the icing off, the whole paddle came off the beater shaft! I requested a warranty replacement 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting.....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best color out there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife didn't want a KitchenAid mixer as a wedding gift when we wed because she didn't think she baked or cooked often enough to justify the counter space. This year, after seeing that 'misty blue' was available, she felt like now was the time to buy. When the mixer came in, we had a ceremonial unwrapping and it came out perfectly. Now that my wife has had the mixer a few months, she doesn't know how she ever went without it. The throwback lettering is on point!

It’s awesome you won’t regret this investment. My first one was bought 20 years ago and still going strong. I expect the same from this new pretty one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave my Kitchen Aid stand mixer to a friend years ago as she really wanted one and could not afford it. I’ve wanted another ever since! I procrastinated because I couldn’t decide on size and color. I never considered the Misty Blue color but when I saw it, I was sold! I’ve used it several times already and love it! Next is yeast rolls and bread. I also bought the grinder but have not used it yet. Treat yourself; you will be glad you did.

Love it except for one thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to get a KitchenAid mixer for Christmas. I really love it except for one thing. I have mixture stuck to the bottom of the mixer around the raised up part of the bowl. Why is there a bump in the bowl? It is difficult sometimes to get a spatula down there and get all the unmixed batter up so it can be blended. It's annoying to repeatedly stop the mixer and dig down for stuff. Am I doing something wrong?
