Every year I set aside several days to do all my baking and cookie making for Christmas. I enlisted the help of a friend this year and this larger mixer, in addition to my 4 quart KitchenAid mixer was a complete lifesaver! Not to mention, the color matches my kitchen EXACTLY!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted a KitchenAid stand mixer for many years. The safety features including the pour spout/shield are very well thought out.
When my husband and I took a pasta making class we decided the time was right. Now we make not only pasta for our Italian dishes, but noodles for anything else! Egg noodles are the best.
I would highly recommend this mixer for anyone who likes to bake and the pasta attachments for any Italian food lover.
