Nice addition to my 8 and 10" Fry Pan. Like my other pans, heat distribution is great and there is no need to use a temperature above medium to medium high or you take the risk of overheating the pan and your food.

Exceptional pan. Exceptional value. The vintage cast iron has gotten too heavy and we had to try something lighter with a helper handle. Have used it constantly for more than a month. Cooks evenly, releases perfectly, cleans easily. Eggs, bacon, steak, chicken, searing and more.. If you learn to use stainless correctly you'll get the same results. It's simple, just watch a video or two. I can't see how a pan at twice the price could be any better. My new favorite.
