Best skillet ever!

I bought this skillet about 2 years ago from an online auction and it is absolutely one of the best investments in cookware I have ever made. It heats evenly and conducts heat similar to cast iron which means follow the instructions. When it says not to heat above medium, they mean it. Be patient, keep it at medium or lower depending on what you are cooking. I love how it sears perfectly and adds great flavor to your food. Clean up is easy as long as you use a non-abrasive pad (blue scrubbie) and Bar Keepers Friend. I love this skillet so much I have decided that I need to invest in a nice 3 qt pot as well, by the same company. Once I do, my non-stick cookware will be practice cookware for my kids.

Turns everything into gold. Fried eggs taste better, breaded chicken cooked to perfection. I didn't know how annoying my AllClad pans were until i started using this one. You just need to take care of it!
