Great printer

I received the copier/printer about a month ago. Set up was easy with the disk. It is a work horse. I have plain paper in one tray, letterhead in another and envelopes in the MP tray in back. I do lots of correspondence and it will print two sided. I just tell it where to go and it prints a professional product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printing a ton of papers!

We've been printing a lot of paperwork & the monitor still shows almost full! With my old printer, I'd have already been to the store for more ink!

The set up was easy, but it doesn't do 11 x 17 jobs well. We have had issues with connectivity as well. Over all it's okay for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Color print on both sides from desktop or phone

Great price for a multifunction printer/scanner/copier/fax. I needed Color printing & copying, and WiFi connection for my phone is a big plus. My Brother Multifunction laser has served me well for years, and I expect the same from this one. I just wish two sided printing could be set as a default instead of having to select it each time I print.

Perfect Home/Office Machine

I needed a printer that would print 11 x 17 for my home office. I read a lot of reviews on this machine and others before making my purchase. I am very happy with this machine. I've had it in use for a month now. Fairly easy to set up. I had read some complaints about the touchscreen, but I have no issues with it. Actually, I like how it can stay in the flat position or rotate upward to align with my standing view. I keep ledger paper in bottom tray, letter in upper tray, and legal in the bypass tray. Just today, I printed from my iPhone and it worked flawlessly. I'm anxious to see how my ink consumption goes, but so far, much better than my laser printer. I did keep my laser printer on the network for printing business letters, as I think they look more professional than inkjet.
I do use this machine to scan as well. It is much faster and easier to use than my former single-function scanner.
Last, but certainly not least, is the double side printing function. I've never had this before and it is quite handy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent value

This multi-function machine performs well for my office use. Good with my Mac over Wi-Fi. Scans are very quick; print quality is good. Only complaint was that first machine had a defective automatic document feed, but Brother replaced the machine right away. Great customer service.
