worst printer i have ever had

Bad print quality, black & white is good but color is very dull and runs into other colors. the tests and fixes came up normal. I changed the setting to improve the color but there was no improvement. the help from brother was no help it was all the thing I already tried. the drivers are not the easiest to install overly complicated for drivers. they say inkjet printers are better at printing pictures with this printer that's not the case my old HP2025 Laser printer was ten times better.

Good, but little glitch

So far, so good. I like this printer, however I've had a problem with printing envelope addresses with the rear feeder.

This brother product has been great so far. The reason I say so far is because there’s still some things I haven’t learned how to do on it, but the things I have been able to do, has been a huge help in for my business.

ok.. but NOT as expected

I bought the MFC-J6545DW XL because the video showed an office worker using the NFC option on the printer. But when I got the printer home (after 3 weeks of shipment issues) I find the video on the Brother website was misleading. It does not have NFC ability. It has WIFI direct which is not something I like using as it forces my cell phone to have it "at the ready" 24/7 wherein it shuts down the WIFI and turns on WIFIdirect making my phone unable to connect. I have to disable WIFI direct via 4 clicks and so using it is an annoying option.
I have been a loyal customer of brother for decades. In fact, I not only speak very highly of your printers with all my church memebrs the world over (I am a pastor of a global online church) I recently bought 3 laser printers for some members in the USA doing additional printing work and so.. this "bait and switch" video took me a bit off guard and because of shipping issues I am not going to return it and wait another 3 weeks to get something that normally arrives in 3 days. I will simply use the printer without the option to send data via my cell phone.
In short.. this will no doubt affect where my next printer purchase will be.
PS.. I called Tech Support and was constantly ignored many and I mean MANY times when I kept trying to tell the techie that NFC is not the same as WIFI direct. He kept trying to "sell me" on the idea of using WIFI direct even though I told him I did not want to use that, I wanted to use NFC and that was the reason for my purchasing this particular printer. When I finally gave up knowing the techie was not going to listen he promptly hung up in a rush without ever addressing my issue.
NOT GOOD.

My only concern at this point is that it appears the blank ink does not last as long as advertised.
