Great Printer

Great printer for general office work. I work from home and bought this printer as a home office printer, primarily for the large paper size and scanning/copying capabilities, which is also shared across my network so anyone on the LAN can print to it when needed. I have had this printer for 11 months or so and the ink that come with it has lasted as advertised.

Warrantee service and replacement of a printer

In the course of approximately 1 year, I have had different issues with my printer and after doing everything possible on my own as well as working with Customer Service to correct these, my issues could not be corrected. Working with Customer Service though was a good experience for they have honored the warrantee and have sent me a replacement printer.
