Just what I needed.

I finally needed to replace my Brother printer, that lasted 10 years. This one has everything I need and more. It was easy to setup and connect to my WIFI. Love the added feature of double sided printing without flipping paper. Looking forward to many years of use from this printer too.

Excellent printer; very good quality, fast printing. Having a year's worth of ink included is great. I researched heavily and found this to be among the lowest overall operating cost on a per-page basis. It's not cheap to buy (this is a BIG printer that can print/copy/scan up to 11x17) and it's built well. The per-page costs are low, with no loss in quality. I don't do a lot of photo printing at my home office so I wasn't focused on that. We print office/school documents, and I scan a lot of documents. This is my first wireless printer. The initial setup was a little confusing, but once set up, everyone in the house loves it. We can print wirelessly from five laptops throughout the house. (You can also print via a wired connection if you need too.) I've set up shortcuts for everyone so they can drop a document in the feeder, scan it, and the scan shows up in their email a few minutes later. You can also set it up to send it direct to a designated folder on your computer (I have not done that yet.) Overall, very hightly recommended.

I print a lot of copies and the printer works Great but don’t take the ink lasting a year to heart go by the copies I’ve already bought black ink for mine and haven’t had it but just over a month maybe

Love this printer!!

My family and I are in love with this printer!! I use it for both work and home. I bought this printer because you can use 11x17 paper in it and I need that size for work. It prints very fast and clear. I've used the copy machine and scanning features too. The ink lasts a very long time too! I've printed so many things and the ink cartridges are still full!

No devices can connect to it

Hard to call it a wireless printer when nothing will connect. It has to be reconnected to my network every time I want to use it. Even then it shows offline on every device I try to use with it. Useless. deserves 0 stars.

All I Hoped For

Having owned a Brother Large Format printer before. I had hoped that this new printer would prove it's equal and so far I have not been disappointed. My favorite option on this new printer is the shortcut feature. I use the same enlargement setting every week and having the ability to make a single selection rather than multiple selections if great!

Great machine for office use, especially for working remotely, i am an industrial designer / engineer, constantly scanning, sending and receiving plans and ..red lines comments, including color photos etc. honestly did cut my working procedures in half.
