printing issues

Everything is good about the printer except that it is very finicky about preferred paper location. We do not want to you one of the paper source locations and it continues to default to that. Consequently, we have to cancel the print job and do some extra steps, before it prints from the right location

I love my new Brother (MFC-J6545DW) printer. For the money it does everything I need and then some. A true small to medium office printer that saves money. Refilling the inkwell is clean and easy thanks to the simple design by Brother. I hope this gave you just a glimpse into your next purchase. Thank you for your time.

This printer is fantastic. It has handled all of our printing needs so far. The only issue is the tray controls are not in the programming and you have to manually select the tray, that is the reason for the 4 star and not a 5. I'm not sure where they get the "year" of ink or the criteria, while there is a lot there the printer also seems to use a lot of ink for printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

More and better than I expected

I like the innovative ink system as well as the tabloid paper size (11 X 17). The printer and scanner was easy to setup and supports my Linux operating system (Centos 7). It is feature rich to accommodate my printing, copying and scanning needs.

Very Great system

This machine is everything i want in a printer, to be able to change my document using a pdf file and to be able color copy my document without running out of ink. This was the best choice i made to purches this printer.
