Hard to find 11 x 17 printers, I do architectural drawings. I did not realize it does not scan 11 x 17 copies though.

I made an honest effort to set the thing up myself but found I needed help. If I had it to do over again I would have contacted support first. They were awesome and I couldn't have done it without them

Front paper tray is difficult to close. I can't figure out how to use the rear paper tray. Even though this is new, I'm going to throw it away after I run out of ink.

Printer is fast. Quality is good. It can print 11x17 but can’t scan. I would have upgraded to that but store stock is very low. Very happy with this as advertised

Sequel is as good as the original

We had an older Brother printer which recently died after many years. It was such a great printer in all respects that we set out to find the closest equivalent model, which is this printer. We have had it for a few months now and it shows every sign of being a worthy successor. So far, it is, by far, the best printer we have ever had.
