Top feeder doesn't work. Tried to get it fixed multiple times, but just kept getting directed to restart it and try again

Not good for 2-sided printing

The print quality is good but I use 2-sided printing predominantly and for reason it takes forever to print the other side. It may be fast for single sided printing but 2-sided is slow.

I love my machine & want to replace the belt unit

I love the machine. It scans wonderfully and printed nicely until a mishap. Due to my carelessness, I damaged the printer belt unit so the print is not as clear and crisp as when it was new. It seems easy enough to replace it but I am having trouble determining exactly which belt unit to purchase. BU 330CL seems popular but does not list my printer MFC-J5845DW as one of the printers. Can you send me the correct part number.

Scanning is great, but color printing isn't. Not vibrant and need to clean/refresh often.

NOTE: A deep cleaning of the print heads would be best to do next call a Initial Purge.
