My previous printer was a Brother MFC-440CN, it performed flawlessly for many years, until its firmware became outdated for my MacBook Pro. The MFC-J5845DW is much faster at both printing and scanning. I also like that I can now print from my iPhone. I haven’t had it very long, but so far I’m very impressed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall a great printer

I like pretty much everything about t his printer except that when putting in paper the tray where the paper comes our is in the way and keeps falling off so it's kind of a pain that way but otherwise, it prints beautifully/

Used in an office with multiple computers. This printer handles the demands placed on it very well. Very easy to set up. Extremely quite. An excellent office printer!

It's quiet and fast

Good sized ink capacity, lighting quick prints, scans are fairly crisp, holds a lot of paper, and it runs quietly. It's not small but perfect for our two desk home office.

Overall satisfied with this printer. Wish I could scan directly to my Email and Brother would of supplied me with a installation disc that I did not get with my all in one.
