Keeps on jamming

Keeps on jamming and have to clear jame all the time. Print quality not good. Love Brother printers but this is the worse. To its advantage printer is good on ink.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy hook up and was very compatible to Windows system. Little bigger than I thought it would be, in over all size. Printing is excellent

easy set up

easy to set up and use. Good supply of ink included. MUCH better, so far, than my Epson which only lasted a little over a year before it started to print poorly with spacing between lines and lines in printing. Can also print color photos with several different paper choices with Brother.
I would recommend this to a friend!

1. The ink tanks were attractive. They seem to be operating well.
2. Software and communication is good.
3. Clarity of copies via WiFi is fairly clear.
4. Clarity, and color reproduction from copies made from originals on the scanner glass is well below average. This is not color-specific. Maintenance has been performed a number of times, to no avail.
5. Printed pages exiting onto the paper support is a disaster. No smooth movement or control. In excess of 3 pages and they consistently become jumbled into a pile. This creates a situation where I either must be at the printer for the whole run, or I have to re-assemble the copies into proper order. And if there are not page numbers on the copies, it can take excessive amounts of time and effort to figure out the correct order and assemble accordingly.

This is the second Brother printer, I have purchased. This unit is as good or better than the last. Fast printing, excellant quality, economical to operate. I do a lot of printing from my phone and iPad and have never had a problem connecting

Great features especially for the price!

This printer is fast, the color is pretty accurate and the paper handling is superb. I am really happy with how fast this printer produces duplex pages. Most of what I print is fairly saturated with ink and despite this I have never had a page jam, smear, or had any negative experience. It's photo printing is decent though it won't look quite as good as a dedicated photo printer. Overall, I absolutely love this device and am very glad I purchased it.
