Printer is a Lemon

Printer will not remain online with Windows 10 machines. I gave up on wi-fi and switched to wired connection, but still have issues. It is a frustrating effort to get anything to print or scan. Worst printer I have ever owned.

Great product out.of 5he box. Easy to operate and enough inl to handle almost a year or printing. Doing genealogy research and using a lot of ink. As wells paper, still going strong and never had any problems. Updates are easy. Could not be happier!

I love the wireless feature. Being able to print direct from phone or tablet is a big plus for me. I've had mine for close to two years now and have had zero problems with it. I have nothing bad to say about it at all.

Purchased only Brother for 15 years. Usually just grew out of them.. Never had this much trouble.

Had a few weeks and was using wifi to print and then it wouldn't work so I had to hard wire it so it would work. And there is nothing wrong with my wifi. It is still under warrant, but I didn't want to talk to somebody that I couldn't understand. And I don't have the orginal box it came in. Chances are you wouldn't replace it and way. Had the computer guy out to take a look and he thinks the wifi chip went bad.

Excellent Printer

After extensive research and taking back two printers from other brands that malfunctioned after one day, this printer has been flawless. No paper jams. I really like the ability to scan to cloud services. Works well with all my devices Windows PC, MacBook, iPads and iPhones.

1st: Love this printer. However, I bought it because I have occasional FAXing.
I can not get the fax to work using line & phone inputs. Neither can Brother top tier support. Now they are blaming the phone company. My prior HP printers worked fine using the same line & phone inputs. Had I not like the printer main functions so much I would have knocked off more stars. Now when ever I have to fax, I have to lift the printer top and plug in the line, close the lid and configure it to fax. Not happy. 1st: Love this printer.
