Does everything I needed it too

This unit is nice and compact and prints 11 x 17 quickly. The unit prints very nice and clear colors the ink that comes with it so far is only half used and I print a LOT of pages. The only issue I have is that it jams every once in a while when using the dual sided option.

Print quality is amazing. Wireless setup was so easy. This printer is heavy and good size but is super easy to use and it ready to go right out of the box!

Makes good 8 1/2x 11 copys

When I went to buy a printer to replace what I had, I was wanting a printer that would copy 11x17 forms to an 11x17 paper. The salesperson said it should and showed me where the form would need to go located in the back. I gave my other printer back to the seller since I no longer needed it. Turns out that I cannot copy an 11x17 form to a 11x17 paper. The printer says it takes 11x17. I guess it just doesn't copy.

Long lasting ink

Ink last a long time wow! Great value in price it came with free year of ink. Printer well built and for the most part pretty easy to use. Comes with a detailed manual. I upgraded to free 4 year tech support.

Smooth operator

Seems to be a great machine. Though it has a smallish paper tray, it prints fast and quietly. The wi-fi connection drops occasionally and I have to reboot to reinstate it, but that's probably more on my system than the printer.
