Excellent Printer For Small Business

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. I am really happy with this printer. The print quality is excellent. I print a lot of color handouts and brochures and the color printing on this machine is top notch, although a tad slow. The quality and detail of my color prints are the best I have seen from a home office/small business printer. I love that it features the longer life print cartridges (up to a year printing). This is probably my favorite feature, as I can`t tell you how many times in the past I would be in the middle of a large printer job only to run out of ink in the middle of printing. It will also help to keep my costs of printing down. The wifi setup was seamless and has an available mobile app which allows you monitor the ink levels prior to submitting a large file for print. I have been able to easily print from my Iphone. The document feeder works well and makes scanning larger documents a breeze. Overall, this printer has all of the features I need to run my small business more efficiently. Very happy with this product!

This is a big printer

My first impression when this was delivered, "this is big!". I didn`t like that it was delivered on its original box. With all the porch packages thieves around, they could of easily spotted this giant box of a fancy printer. However, the thief needs to be strong and big and fast to be able to carry this thing off quickly.Again, this is a big printer. If you have a small office, consider first where you are going to put this. If you are upgrading from a usual home printers, know that you are not be able to put this in the same spot. I am extremely happy and impressed by this printer. Pretty much everything that you need in a printer. In a very affordable price. Set up was easy. I love the feature where it lets you know the level of ink for each cartridge and also the level of paper in each tray. It has two paper trays. And did I mention, it came with a year worth of ink! You are not going to worry of running out and gives you a heads up when you will need it. There is nothing to not like in this multi-function printer/scanner. Prints are good and it is fast. I am very easy to please person and I am very impressed with all the things this printer can do.This is our second brother printer. There is no going back to HP.

Brother All in One Review

The Brother all in one printer system I received so far seems to be an excellent product. Assembly was super easy; I generally have a difficult time installing ink cartridges but these ones were simple. I love that the printer came with a YEAR worth of ink. The printer functions perfectly, the colors are true and do not run. Some printers I`ve used leave weird random lines on the paper but this one does not do that at all. The copier is very nice and simple to use Overall the instructions are easy to follow when operating the machine. My only complaint (and not really even a complaint just observation) is that I was not anticipate needing how big the product would be. I had to actually buy a new stand for it as I had nowhere else it would fit in my house It`s too big to sit on top of a file cabinet, for instance. It`s also a bit heavy to lift. Overall I am VERY satisfied with this all in one machine and would certainly recommend it to others, especially anyone who has a home office setup as it saves space versus using several different pieces of equipment.

Fabulous all-in-one printer

It has exceeded my expectations for a home printer. The printing quality is very good. I love having home access to easy scanning and copying. My favorite feature is that I can print directly from my phone. I frequently save recipes and articles to my phone, but then find it cumbersome to get the items to my desktop for printing. This printer saves me that step and is a game changer!This printer comes with a years worth of ink. This estimate is based on printing 300 pages a month, which I won`t do, which means that I won`t have to replace the ink for even longer. Replacing printer ink can be a hassle, is expensive and can be hard on the environment. I`m pleased that I`m set for a long while. I would not call myself tech savvy. I was able to set up the printer, connect it to our wireless and desk top and download the app to my phone without any issues. It was a relief to know that support was easily accessed if needed. There were numerous references to Brother help and support if I had needed. One thing that I`d mention, is that potential buyers should pay attention to the size of the printer before purchasing. It is about four times the size of my previous Brother home printer. I needed help getting the printer upstairs and it will not fit in the spot where we kept our other printer.Overall, I`m thrilled with this home printer. I am thrilled about all of its many functions and pleased that I won`t have to spend time and money going somewhere else for my scanning and copying needs.

My Brother printer

I liked this printer for many of its different functions really like the large scanner and the fact that you can print up to two documents at once. i also like the different paper sources as well as the option to print up too lgr sizes.the copier works fine the email print option is phenomenal how quick it print.the fax came through fast,usb works well. I noticed the when making copies that more paper come out than needed as i made copy it would print on ever other page. overall i would purchase this product and recommend it.

First time using a Brother printer, but after installation and initial use, I`m very impressed with the MFC-J6945DW. This printer has a lot of flexibility with the ability to copy,scan and fax. Easy setup I/We appreciate the wireless capability also compatible with IOS and Android devices!! AMAZING printer designed for small businesses with college/high school students in the household, this Brother printer exceeds my expectations! Highly recommended!!

Multi-tasking Printer Champ

This is a mini beast, a wonderfully made one from what we`ve experienced the last couple of weeks, but bigger than I was picturing. For a small business/home office, this is perfect, especially if you have multiple users needs as it covers from basic copying/printing, to printing 11"x17" brochures, envelopes, checks(I haven`t tried that yet though), and photos. The initial set-up was extremely easy, I think I did it around 30 minutes. I set up with my wifi network and have printed from a laptop, Chromebook, Android phone, and my teenager has printed from her iPhone and Ipad. I used the NFC feature to print from my phone and my teen used AirPrint and it worked seamlessly. I love how much paper it holds, I know that doesn`t sound like a game changer, but with a family printing and business needs, it has saved time. For our needs, the color quality of the prints meets our expectations. We have not used it on glossy paper, so I can not say anything to that. I think it prints quietly and much quicker than our last printer, we have had minimal smearing of the ink and it was only on a heavy color print and we didn`t allow a little extra dry time before removing. The automatic feeder is able to take a nice chunk of paper at a time, I`m not sure what the exact amount is that it will hold. I`m excited to try a few other jobs with the printer and not worrying about the ink running out midway is a nice change. Besides for the size is a little bigger than I planned for, it has been a champ in our home and we feel it will continue to work for our needs.
