Really great printer for small/medium business!

This printer is great - there are very few out there with capabilities like this one! It can print AND Scan an 11 x 17! We have had it for about two months and have had no issues.
The only thing that is a slight negative is how much the paper tray can hold. We do a lot of printing and it seems we're filling it up often. There is a second paper tray but I guess that actually gives more options on paper size as well.
Overall - a great printer!

I had problems getting it networked, but your tech support was patient and thorough and we finally got it done. The one connection "secret" that I wished I would have known about ahead of time would have been how to do a network reset to test configuration changes that I tried.

Great all in one Printer, with many features !!

This printer has many features and the print quality is excellent, I am very satisfied with the machine so far. I am looking forward to determine if the High Capacity Ink Tanks last a reasonable amount of time since it was one of the key reasons to get the unit.

Heavy Duty printer with only a few software quirks

I spent about $100 more for this unit that I have for other units in the same class in the past, and I am very glad I did.
This thing is built like a tank and has so many features, the duplex scan feature being one of my favorites. It scans both sides of a document at the same time and does it way faster than just probably any other unit in this class. The printing is fast and quiet. There are so many things to love about this printer. It is a big boy, but for what it does, I am learning to like the size.
The only issue I have found so far is the behavior between ADF scan orientation and the platen: When I set up my customizations for ADF scanning so the scanned page orientation is correct, I get different orientation results in the scanned page when I scan using the platen. Not sure how to fix this yet.
Otherwise, a killer product. This is an industrial-strength unit and is probably overkill for most home offices. But I'd rather have too much than the too little that I got with the Canon and Epson printers ostensibly in the same class. No comparison in my opinion.

Works like a charm

We purchased this printer as it allows for print/scan to tabloid size. This paper size is important to our day to day work as we are builders and need this size for plans. To have the ability to scan and email this size from the office to subs and clients is a plus as well. The ability to also to print/ scan legal and letter means one printer not multiples.
