It is larger then some of the other printers you can purchase but it has more paper holding capacity as larger ink bottles and the print quality if excellent.

Wonderful all around printer

Much quieter than other printers. Prints fast. Quality of printing is great. Colors are solid and distinguishable.

Easy to use and Easy on ink

This is my 2nd brother printer. I've had it about 2 months now and it was very easy to set up as a wireless printer for 3 users in my house. The ink is lasting very long - which is also something I liked about my previous Brother printer (which after 6 years with me is still in use at my son's house). Printing is quick. Overall, I am very pleased with it.

Great Printer for Home USE

This printer is perfect for my home-office needs. I recently retired and am trying to go 100% digital. I have lots of paper and the scanner is making my conversion very efficient

Function and Performance

This is the third MFC-J printer that I have purchased. Latest model is the MFC-J6945DW
The 11x17 sheet size is primary reason purchased
Large scan bed very useful
Text print quality and speed good
Photo mode quality is OK for general use, would not consider using for photo
Of the three units owned cannot say it has EVER jammed. I read reports that this series printer sometimes jams. Take care of the unit, keep it clean and unlikely will have jam issues
