Great Machine - Great Specialty Coffees

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is great, makes great specialty coffees and is really easy to clean. So far, I love the Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino, Cafe Au Lait, Flat White and regular Coffee. Plus the profile feature allows you to save drinks exactly like you like them - for example, I like my coffee stronger and hotter than my wife, and we can each save them to our profile and get the coffee we like with just a touch of a button in our profile.
The machine is also very easy to clean (daily hypersteam, weekly brew unit clean, monthly brew unit and milk mechanism). One of the things I looked for was ease of cleaning, and this unit is extremely ease to clean. The bean hopper is also good size, which is a great plus. And the fact that our water is hard is not a problem due to the Aqua Clean filter. Overall, really love this machine...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did a lot of research and hours online. I was hesitant to buy based on cost $$$. I chose the Xelsis and this machine is superior to similar models out there. Only reason for 4-stars is the noise from water pump. It is too loud for my standards based on the unit cost.

Lifetime fan but I wish the coffee was hotter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the purchase, we are on month 3 right now and everyone wants a coffee when they come over! My only 2 complains are the size of the water tank and I don’t think the temperature of the coffee is very hot. I enjoy hot coffee but I feel like our coffee is always lukewarm.
