[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great machine that makes great coffee, but it did take a few days to dial in the settings. The user profile feature is great as it saves your favorite drink settings so you don’t have to set them each time.
The one down side is the auto shutoff function doesn’t feel that long. When shutting down the machine does a quick rinse/clean. This causes the drip tray to fill quickly. As if you’re like me you hadn’t placed a cup under to catch it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Xelsis for about 6 months and I love it. It saves me going to Starbucks twice a day, and I believe it produces better Latte. I have had no problems with it, it works like a charm. I would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I LOVE this product however I wish rhe water reservoir was larger and the maintenance can be somewhat time consuming however this is possibly unavoidable. I would say however that the coffee that it produces is consistently amazing

I thing that needs improvement is the tempature of the coffee. Seemsto me they need to recalabrate how hot it can get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving my new Saeco Xelsis Machine! Make great tasting customizable beverages, cleaning is easy and I got on sale at an amazing price. My only complaint is that the beverages could be hotter! This is a very common complaint that Phillips should address. Even with that complaint, I'd still recommend.
