Should have gotten this a LONG time ago!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine saves me over $200/month in coffee and it cost $20/month in operating fees (coffee beans and milk). Great investment, works like a charm and it's very maintenance friendly.
I would have considered the Phlips 5400, but I got a great deal on this model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A huge disappointment

After less than a month the volume of coffee diminuished and it was impossible to make latte, because there was no coffee in it !
My wife gave up on her latte since then and I was the only user since I didn't mind have different volume of coffee.
Had to replace 3 times the brew unit in 2 years and the last one was two months ago.
Now, there is no coffee coming out at all and the brew unit is stuck!
I'm giving up and move to another brand!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
